H&R Online

H&R Online is designed to be easy to use and has a range of features that we hope you will find useful, including a secure private messaging service.

To use the service, all you have to do is register your details. As a new user, you will be guided through the registration process online. Please note, you will need to have your savings account number to hand.

Once you’ve registered we will acknowledge your registration by email, and post your User ID and Activation Key to your registered address. You will then have access to the service and will be able to view your account details online.

Additional information

For joint accounts, each individual will need to register separately for online access.

If you are an Offset Savings customer, and pay your mortgage repayments by direct debit, you can also transfer funds to your nominated bank account or mortgage account.

If you would like any additional support or guidance, please contact us using the details below.

Logging in to H&R Online

  • Security details are case sensitive.
  • Use the Caps Lock key to input any uppercase letters and not the Shift key.
  • Your user ID is a five or six-digit number provided on the letter confirming that your registration request had been processed. It is not your email address or name.
  • To input your security details, log in using your user ID followed by the password you created when registering. Then, input your memorable information, which you entered when registering.
  • Finally, input the activation key, which can be found on the letter confirming your registration request.
  • If you have reset your password, your activation key will be sent to you via email.

The following criteria must be met when registering a password:

  • The password must be between 8-64 characters long and must contain a mixture of uppercase and lowercase letters, at least one number, and at least one special character.
  • Memorable information must be between 8-15 characters long. A mixture of uppercase and lowercase letters plus numbers is recommended. Please do not use any special characters.
  • If you have already requested to reset your password and are still having issues, please ensure that your computer has not automatically prefilled the password and memorable information. If any fields are automatically prefilled when you attempt to log in, then clear cookies on your web browser.
