Our Preferred (and often the quickest) method of contact is through the ‘Request a call back’ link. We always endeavour to return calls quickly, usually within a few minutes of receipt.
During busy periods it can take longer than usual for our Mortgage Department to process applications. Therefore, before submitting an application, we advise you to contact us through the ‘Request a call back’ link and we will be happy to update you regarding current processing times.
Registering to use the system will give you access to an online DIP, KFI and mortgage application submission facility. The DIP does not incorporate a credit check. If you have not used the system before, you will first need to register. Registration only takes a few minutes – you will receive an activation code by email which you will input after re-entering your user name and password. If you are already registered, please click the ‘Login’ button below to enter the system.
To use the system you should set up your first named client (any joint applicant will be created later) and click on ‘Create KFI’. This will take you firstly through our DIP screens. The DIP does not incorporate a credit check and will not leave a footprint. Once you have your DIP you will then create any second applicant, choose your product and get your KFI. The KFI will be saved in your client record and you can click on ‘Apply’ if you wish to convert this KFI into an online application.
Packaging information will appear after the application has been submitted.

We accept applications from introducers who hold current authorisation from the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to advise on and arrange mortgages and also from Appointed Representatives of such organisations.
