Welcome to Hinckley and Rugby Building Society’s Introducer website. Here you will find all the tools you need to produce a Key Facts Illustration (KFI) for your client and the forms you need to print off in order to submit a mortgage application to us.

If you are interested in submitting a Buy to Let Mortgage application, please contact us on one of the numbers above to discuss your requirements.

The buttons below will allow you to produce a KFI and print off our Mortgage Application Form and Intermediary Declaration and Introduction Certificate which you must complete and return to us at the address above.

You are also able to submit mortgage applications to us electronically via MTE or Trigold.

Hinckley and Rugby Building Society can accept mortgage applications sent electronically through the Mortgage Trading Exchange. If you choose to use the MTE facility not only will we receive the application sooner but you will also save yourself a lot of time and effort.

MTE delivers an electronic connection between mortgage lenders and introducers. The MTE is free to subscribers of the Mortgage Brain sourcing system.

Subscribers to the Trigold sourcing system are also able to submit applications electronically to Hinckley and Rugby.
