This leaflet sets out the Society's Tariff of Mortgage Charges which apply to services, administration or charges to our mortgage accounts

These charges may be subject to change if HM Court Services increases its Court fees. You will be informed in advance of any increased fees.

1. Other charges may be made for other services used in connection with your mortgage account. If you request a service which is not listed above, you will be advised of the charge applicable.

2. For Consumer Credit Act loans, any charges are placed on the main mortgage account.

3. If there are changes to any of these charges you will be sent a new Tariff one month before the changes take effect.
