PRAISE FOR SOCIETY STAFF
When it comes to providing excellent customer service and meeting business targets, staff at Hinckley and Rugby Building Society branches in Warwickshire excel.
Replacing its previous quarterly awards, the Society has for the first time presented annual awards to its branches for outstanding achievement.
Staff at the Society’s Rugby office won the top award for Best Branch, whilst team members at the Coventry branch claimed the runners-up shield.
Presenting the successful team at Rugby with an engraved glass award, Hinckley and Rugby’s Chief Executive Chris White said: “Hinckley and Rugby prides itself on customer service and these awards are recognition of that.”
The branch in Marlborough Square, Coalville, also gained the Society’s newly introduced category of Most Improved Branch Award, thanks to its hardworking staff.
Commenting on the awards Marketing and PR Manager Stewart Heeley said: “The Society has many dedicated staff throughout the branches. They focus on providing excellent service to our customers and these awards reflect that.”
With the introduction of a more informal judging criteria, branches are assessed by senior managers on their overall performance in the Society’s principal areas of business, mortgages and savings, and the quality of service provided to its customers.
