PRAISE FOR SOCIETY BRANCH STAFF

When it comes to providing excellent customer service and meeting business targets, staff at Hinckley and Rugby Building Society branches in Leicestershire and Warwickshire excel.

The Society presents the annual awards to its branches for outstanding achievement and exemplary customer service.

Staff at the Society’s Upper Bond Street branch, in Hinckley, received the award for Best Branch, whilst team members at the Nuneaton and Coalville offices claimed runners-up shields.

Presenting the successful team at Upper Bond Street with an engraved glass award, Hinckley and Rugby’s Chief Executive Chris White said: “Hinckley and Rugby prides itself on customer service and these awards are recognition of that.

“The Society has dedicated staff throughout the network of 11 branches across Leicestershire and Warwickshire who are the public face of the Society. It is great that we are able to recognise their commitment to our customers with these awards.”

Branches are assessed by senior managers on their overall performance in the Society’s principle areas of business, mortgages and savings, and the quality of service provided to its customers.
