Annual General Meeting 2011

We have made it even easier for you to vote at our Annual General Meeting on 21 March 2012. Voting online means you do not need to return any paperwork at all.

You can vote online by clicking the link below until midnight on Sunday 18th March 2012.

Simply follow the simple on-screen instructions and use your unique User ID and Password printed on the proxy form which has been posted to you. Please note that if no User ID and Password is printed, you are ineligible to vote.

For every vote cast online, Hinckley & Rugby will be making a 40p donation to Rainbows, the East Midlands Children's Hospice that provides such vital support for terminally ill youngsters and their relatives across the region.

If you would prefer to vote by more traditional means you can, of course, complete the proxy form which has been posted to you and return it to us by post, all postal votes must be recieved by 18th March 2012. Alternatively you can vote in person at the AGM on 21 March 2012. The Society will make a donation of 20p for every vote cast by proxy or in person.
