160th Anniversary Competition Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility – The prize draw is open to all members of Hinckley & Rugby Building Society who meet the following criteria:
- Have a minimum balance of £100 in any savings account by the end of the previous month; or
- Owe at least £100 in mortgage debt by the end of the previous month.
- New members who meet the eligibility requirements stated above are automatically included.
- Entry – All eligible members are automatically entered into the draw each month. No action is required for entry.
- From March 2025, members meeting the eligibility criteria by the end of the previous month will be included in that month’s draw.
- Prize – One winner will be selected each month to receive a prize of £160.
- The prize draw will continue monthly until the end of 2025.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
- Winner Selection and Notification – Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries at the end of each month.
- Winners will be notified by phone or email within five working days of the draw.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
- General Conditions – By participating in this draw, members agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Hinckley & Rugby Building Society reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.
- The decision of Hinckley & Rugby Building Society in all matters relating to the prize draw is final.
- Data Protection – Any personal data collected in connection with this competition will be processed in accordance with Hinckley & Rugby Building Society ‘s privacy policy.
- Governing Law – These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
