Lost savings accounts are sometimes referred to as ‘dormant’ as they’ve been inactive for some time.

To find and reclaim your balance it will help to provide any related account documentation, such as a passbook or other correspondence. If you have this documentation or an account number, please contact us using the details below.

I do not have account documentation

If you have no documentation, the Building Society Association (BSA) has created a free online service that allows you to trace savings accounts that you may have lost or forgotten about. You may also be able to trace another person’s lost savings account if you are legally empowered to do so.
