On Thursday, 8 May 2025, the Bank of England lowered the base rate by 0.25% to 4.25%. As a result, our base rate linked mortgage rates will reduce from 5 June 2025 and non-base rate linked mortgages will reduce from 1 July 2025. We’ve also reviewed our savings rates, which will be updated on 30 May 2025.
