Paying into your savings account

How to pay into your personal savings account

You can pay money into a Hinckley & Rugby Building Society account by electronic transfer, cash, or cheque.

  1. An electronic transfer could be a regular standing order or a one-off faster payment from another bank or building society. To make a payment, use the Society’s bank details below.
  2. Cheques or cash can be paid in to any of our branches or agencies. Cheques should be made payable to the account holder, writing your account number on the back. The maximum amount of cash that can be paid in is £3,000 per day. Cheques can also be posted to your local branch or agency, or to our head office. For security reasons, do not send cash through the post. Our postal addresses are here.
