How you can attend the AGM
1. The AGM will be held at 3pm on Tuesday 24 March 2025 (doors open and refreshments served from 2.30pm).
2. The meeting will take place at our principle office: Hinckley & Rugby Building Society, Upper Bond Street, Hinckley, Leicestershire LE10 1NZ.
3. If you intend to vote, please bring I.D. and your account reference numbers. Your passbook is an acceptable verification of your right to vote.
4. If you are planning to attend the AGM, please send us an email letting us know, and include your name and account reference numbers.
Voting is now open until Saturday 21 March 2026
The ways you can vote
We really would welcome your involvement in the Annual General Meeting and your vote is extremely important to the Society. That is why we have a number of options for you to make voting an easy process.
Submit your questions
Although we hope you can attend this year’s AGM, if not then we would encourage you to share any questions you may have with us in advance of the meeting.
Submit your questions through this online form, and they will be posed to the Board at the AGM.
A full list of questions and answers will be displayed on the Society’s website after the AGM.
