Annual General Meeting

You can vote online by visiting our dedicated secure voting website. Simply follow the on-screen instructions and input your unique User ID and Password from your proxy voting form or your email notification.

If you choose to vote online then you don’t need to return the proxy form to us.

The deadline for online votes is midnight on Saturday 21 March 2025.

If you would prefer to vote by post, you have two options. You can appoint the Chair as your proxy referred to as ‘Quick Vote’, or you can register your votes against each item of business.

To do this, simply complete the proxy form you should have received by post, and return it in the prepaid envelope provided to our independent scrutineers, Civica Election Services. Please note the form must not be torn or damaged in order for your vote to count.

The deadline for postal votes is midnight on Saturday 21 March 2025.

If you wish to vote in one of our branches, you can complete a voting form, and hand it to a member of staff in one of our branches. These will be submitted to the scruitineer on your behalf.

Please note, you will need to provide your account reference number for verification.

If you are planning to attend the AGM, please send us an email letting us know, and include your name and account reference numbers.

On the night, please ensure that you bring your proxy voting form, passbook and another form of identification, to prove eligibility to attend and vote.
