What has changed?

On Thursday, 8 May 2025, the Bank of England lowered the base rate by 0.25% to 4.25%.

How does this affect you?

Savings

We have reviewed our savings rates, which will be updated on the 30 May 2025. You can view the future rates by clicking below.

Interest rates for savers

Mortgages

Our base rate linked mortgage rates will reduce from 5 June 2025 and non-base rate linked mortgages will reduce from 1 July 2025, by 0.25%. If your mortgage account is affected, we will write to you to let you know your new interest rate and what your monthly payments will be.
