How Roommates Became Savers Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

The promoter is: Hinckley & Rugby Building Society, whose registered office is at Upper Bond Street, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 1NZ. 

Employees of Hinckley & Rugby Building Society or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the giveaway or helping to set up the giveaway shall not be permitted to enter the giveaway. 

All account holders must be resident in the UK. 

Only one book will be provided per Children’s Savings Account.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

The book “How Roommates Became Savers” giveaway is subject to availability and is only available in branch or agency.

The book “How Roommates Became Savers” is exclusively available to existing savings customers/members of Hinckley and Rugby Building Society that hold a Children’s Savings Account and to new savings customers/members of Hinckley and Rugby Building Society that open a Young Saver Children’s Savings Account from 4 September 2023 onwards.

New customers/members must complete an application which you can find online here. Existing customers/members can take their passbook into a Hinckley and Rugby Building Society branch or agency.

General Conditions:

Hinckley and Rugby Building Society reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or attempts to manipulate the Giveaway.

Hinckley and Rugby Building Society reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway in the event of technical issues, fraud, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

These terms and conditions are subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

By entering this Giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the Giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

Participants are providing information to Hinckley & Rugby Building Society and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy.

Governing Law:

This Giveaway and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

The Giveaway, and these terms and conditions, will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
