Private appointments
We have introduced private appointments between 2pm and 5pm, so that you can open a new account or discuss a personal matter in a confidential environment.
Following government guidance, we no longer require visitors to wear a face mask or covering when they visit our branches to carry out transactions or attend private appointments.
