H&R for Intermediaries prefers to receive mortgage applications submitted through our online system.
If you are unable to submit applications online we will also accept paper applications. The forms required can be accessed below as PDF documents that can be printed and completed by hand.
Please note, all paper applications require a fully completed Intermediary Declaration & Introduction Certificate, which should be submitted at the same time as the mortgage application form to ensure that the application is processed as speedily as possible.
