How does it work?

During the Mortgage Support Account Review our Mortgage Support Team will ask you to provide information that will help them understand your circumstances and determine the affordability and sustainability of your mortgage.

We will use this information to develop a personalised Mortgage Support Plan that is appropriate for your circumstances.

As part of the Mortgage Support Process we will also ask you to remember that your mortgage is a Priority Debt and encourage you to consider seeking independent advice about this and any other debts, arrears, or financial concerns you may have.
