On Thursday, 8 May 2025, the Bank of England lowered the base rate by 0.25% to 4.25%. As a result, our base rate linked mortgage rates will reduce from 5 June 2025 and non-base rate linked mortgages will reduce from 1 July 2025. We’ve also reviewed our savings rates, which will be updated on 30 May 2025.
These updates are now available to view.

Our goal is to help you find the best deal, even if it’s not through us. That’s why we partner with the Mortgage Advice Bureau. They provides expert mortgage guidance searching through over 90 lenders to find a mortgage that meets all your needs.

Tell us about your mortgage requirements and we’ll pass these on to the Mortgage Advice Bureau. You’ll be allocated a mortgage adviser who will call you once they’ve found deals they’d like to recommend.
