Meet our Directors

Our Board is responsible for directing and supervising the Society’s affairs. It sets the strategy for the business, ensures that the correct financial and human resources are in place for the Society to meet its objectives, and reviews management performance.

The Board includes two full-time executive directors and six Non-Executive Directors. The Chief Executive has responsibility for running the Society and implementing strategy. The Chair is responsible for leading the Board and is not involved in the day-to-day management of the Society. There are a number of Board committees to which the Board has delegated authority.
