Welcome to H&R Online, our web platform that allows you to view your mortgage and savings balances online.
H&R Online has been designed to be easy to use and has a range of features that we hope you will find really useful, including a secure private messaging service.
We have now registered over 1,900 users of the service.
All you have to do to use the service is register your details. As a new user, you will be guided through the registration process online. Please note you will need to have your mortgage or savings account number to hand. For joint accounts each individual will need to register separately for online access.
To complete the process, we will acknowledge your registration by email and post your user ID and Activation Key to your registered address to access the service and view your account details online. Due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus the registration process is taking longer than usual and it could take up to eight working days to receive your activation letter. Please note that you will be unable to view your accounts online until you are in receipt of this letter.
If you are an Offset Savings customer and pay your mortgage repayments by direct debit, you can also transfer funds to your nominated bank account or mortgage account. Customers with any other savings accounts are currently unable to transfer funds via this facility.
